I have more than 10 years experience managing in Technical Support departments for several companies within Canada and have even done so overseas. Since 2011 I have been working as a Senior Security Analyst for one of Canada’s largest IT companies, providing Intrusion Detection, analysis and Prevention support, as well as SIEM Content Development, process and life-cycle improvements.
