Day 10

Day 10 of the 6 Week Challenge:

I gained a bit of weight, which put me over my comfort zone. As such, I increased my cardio workouts, which means that I’ve had less energy for my weight training. So, they’ve suffered, as a result. No worries. I’ll keep plugging away, until I reach my goals.

Day 10:

  • 116 push-ups
  • 185 sit-ups
  • 10 pull-ups
  • 11 chin-ups
  • 8:00 planking
  • 50 squats, with 2 x 25 lb. dumbbells
  • 150 bench dips
