I finally got a pull-up bar. On my first day, I was able to do 2 pull-ups and 3 chin-ups. Now, it’s time to get to work.
- 106 push-ups
- 150 sit-ups
- 6 pull-ups
- 6 chin-ups
- 5:30 planking
- 50 squats, with 2 x 25 lb. dumbbells
- 150 bench dips
So, I’ve beat the goal for push-ups, squats and bench dips, just not in a single set yet, which of course, is going to take quite a bit of concerted effort. I’m also two thirds of the way to my sit-up goal and now I’ve just started on my pull-up and chin-up goals.
