Day 4

Day 4 of the 6 Week Challenge:

There was nothing particularly spectacular about today. In fact, I unwittingly did less plank time than my last set. However, since I started so high with my squats, I decided to finish early and completed 600 squats today, just to prove that I could.

Now, I’ll reduce the squats to something reasonable like 100/day, but using 25lb. dumbbells to augment the exercise. From this point forward, I’ll focus on the other four goals, instead.

  • 2:36 planking
  • 600 squats
  • 100 bench dips
